Geo fence Problem

Trying to set up a geo fence , after the address and the title menu all on the map of the world ( no maker on map of address) Title the fence Hit OK to save but Save is not light to save it, and a small green light is visible after the unlit save button. I have tried to do it in the air, on the ground ,in pre-flight with the world map in back round , no aerial of my location. I have google sat img. installed and have checked my app settings and don't see anything strange my wifi is setup for geo location apps So MAYDAY Anyone

UPDATE 2 TURNS OUT SOLEX WORKS ON MY ANDROID MOTO RAZOR PHONE AND GEO FENCE CAN BE SAVED PROPERLY I THINK THERE IS A SETTINGS PROBLEM IN MY KINDLE HD 10 THX rON B.
