Free Battery ? 30-day ?

I guess I didn't get on the right flight for the free battery. Can anyone inform me how to get one, or what was the deal and when it ended?
Also, where are details on the 30 day no question return policy? Just wondering about info not really planning to use it but saw a mention and thought I should know more.

15th July was end date for the free battery if the Solo was bought in the US.
