Flying in Philadelphia

Can anyone tell me the rules and regulations for flying a drone in the Historic District of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania ????

There is nothing specific to that area. The same rules apply there as they apply anywhere else in the county. DC and NYC are the only cities where the FAA has implemented an SFRA with specific prohibitions. Some cities have their own local laws prohibiting them in various places.
