Factory reset my mobile + don't remember the WiFi password

Hi,
I just got the new Galaxy S7 edge, my old phone was reset and I don't remember the WiFi password.
What would be the fastest way to redefine Solo's WiFi network?

Hoping you are not sending me to factory reset tutorial....

Can you connect with your old phone or another device you previously used to connect with? If so connect with that and just open the solo app, go to settings, solo settings then wifi settings. It should show it there.

nop.... just factory reset the old phone who had the Solo app installed

Then what you didn't want to hear (factory reset) is probably your only recourse since it will reset it back to "sololink".

Been there done that. Took me 40mins on the phone with a rep (back when they had phone support) might be easier if they email the instructions, which is what will happen. Either way hope you get it sorted out.

I had a 1on1 chat support with 3dr rep and Solo is back to business now. The rep was very kind and led me step by step throughout the factory reset process.
