does anyone know about the HDMI out on the transmitter?

Was thinking that I could use my HDMI converter to VGA from the transmitter hdmi port to my fatshark goggles....does anyone know if this is possible?

I use it on my steadycam, so the director can see the shot being taken.

the receiver is built into my goggles....and i'm hoping this transmitter will have a channel or two that match!
