Flying the Solo up at Lake Mary in the Mammoth Lakes region in the Eastern Sierras of Cali. The altitude is right about 9K feet. Got about 9 minute flight time on a battery that hadn't been charged in a week or so.
Great afternoon to fly. A little chilly at 35 degrees. The Solo flew great. Though it still does that pitching or twitching. Can't figure that one out. Doesn't seem to hurt the vid quality.

Here's a few pics from the ghost town of Bodie, Ca. About 45 minutes North of Mammoth Lakes, Ca.

Wow, Don, did you bring back some memories for me. My family used to rent a very small travel trailer out of Mammoth, and they would pull it and set it up for you within a certain distance. This had to be 45 years ago or better. For 3 straight years we had it set at Lake Mary. Your video just refreshed my memory on how great the times were back then. Thanks for posting, and many thanks for the trip down memory lane.....:)

Hi Chuck,

Glad I could bring back some memories. I've been camping near Bridgeport for about as long. Used to go there as a kid.
Now, I sometimes work at Mammoth Hospital so I bring toys with me for the after hours.
Your welcome for that.

Don.

I love swimming at Bridgeport! Only got to go once this summer with work being so crazy.
I really like that little town. I only made it through there twice this year.
I've camped up at Green Creek for about forty years. It beautiful up there.
