Connecting SOLO to a computer

What...?
That gives me no information on connecting the solo to the computer.
Trying to check flight logs and check everything out..

I would like to know also, I would guess you need to connect with WiFi or Bluetooth, neither or which I have on my Windows desktop, maybe I can with my laptop Windows computer.

But how could the drone be accessed without an app because I've never seen an app on Microsoft live

Your logs can be copied from your controller and Solo using an application called WinSCP.

The logs can be viewed in Mission Planner.

Use of these applications can be found in a search of this forum using their names, WinSCP or Mission Planner.

Another tip - Solex can be set to save your TLogs to your Android device. Purchase Solex from the Play store and use it instead of the Solo app. If you enable log saving, you'll have to copy or delete the logs off of your device or it will fill up your device's storage.

The logs on both the controller and Solo do not get saved indefinitely, so you'll have to copy them immediately after you return from flying.

Search for Mission Planner & do some reading.
Best for pulling & evaluating logs.

Here are the steps needed to (electronically) connect Solo to your windows laptop.
Power up your Solo and controller as usual.
Connect your phone/tablet and 3DR/Solex app
Connect your laptop to the SoloLink WiFi
Open Mission Planner
In the upper right corner select UDP and hit the Connect button
Say yes when the "Use Port 14550?" Pops up.
Should now be connecting.
If this doesn't work make sure the baud rate is 56K ( I think)
Also might have to unlock port 14550 in the Windows security settings.
