Cannot initiate 1st update

Controller will not connect with vehicle for first update. Constant alarm tones and blinking lights. Need help possibly with a restart

no only chat on weedays

can you take a quick video with your phone so we can see what its doing?
1st question, I assume the solo link wifi is up and running on the app device
Next check in the app or on the controller is it saying looking for solo?
then that might indicate a pairing problem.
Reboot everything and pull the battery from the controller before rebooting
If that does not work try pressing the recessed pair button on the bottom of solo
for more detail go on the solo support page and look up pairing

There isn't a telephone number for consumer grade Solo for anywhere in the world, at any time. 3DR CS is chat or email. Chat during normal M-F hours only.

We need extreme details of exactly what you are doing, in what sequence, with what device, what OS, what version, what you are experiencing exactly, what color lights... the works! Likely the same things they will ask you during a chat.

Got the alarm tones to quiet, I have tried to pair by resetting both. Turn on quad and green lights solid, controller is looking for solo. Tried to pair by pushing button for 1 second, but controller never sees it. It must be a lemon, cause the battery needed to be replaced also. (No lights ever) controller pairs up with app and states"pre flight update needed"
