Is anyone aware if a company that has been exempted under FAA 333 can be purchased/sold?

I'm talking about the corporate structure itself

Shouldn't make a difference if the 333 is in the corporate name. Mine is under my corporate name, naming me as the pilot. If sold, I would imagine the 333 would just need amended as to the pilot? May be all about to change anyway though.
