I bought this solo drone.i can't get the app to work those .it crashes as soon as I go to my wyfi settings too look for Solo's wyfi.when it shows up I click on it then it asks me to put a pin in so I put in solo link.then the app crashes.i wonder if I factory reset the controller an the bird .then try to go to the solos wyfi to see if it would crash .because the person I bought the drone from might of put in a different pin in after he put in the reguirred pin.then maybe the put one of there own in an now I got the drone an controller an I'm doing what the manual's telling me.so if I factory reset the controller an solo would it work then.what if it didn't.then IDE be scwd then if I couldn't get it to wyfi how would I update it.i need help

Slow down a bit. The random lack of whitespace, punctuation, and capitalization is making this difficult. However, I think you're asking about app crashes. Please provide a bit more info:

1. Are you using Solex, the 3DR app, or SidePilot.

2. What version of iOS or Android ?

I'm using the stock 3Dr solo app.my phone is brand new not sure what version

The 3DR app will NOT work with Android versions beyond 7.x

Your device is too new. Get Solex.
