Absolute Control Feature?

AR Drone has what they call "absolute control" where the drone is maneuvered based on user orientation regardless of the orientation of the drone, is there a feature similar to this for the Solo?

no not in solo
I find it t be harder to learn, its a crutch you don't want to get used to
when you fly a while you get used to reversing the sticks inbound I don't even think about it anymore

The pixhawk inside the solo can do it. In arducopter, it is called Simple Mode. You could probably do it with the solo if you used Tower to set the parameter manually.

But if you are new be real careful in Tower
if you change something in Tower and crash because of it, warranty is void
