I have a rev B stock GPS (black board) and I'm not having any issues, but I was wondering if the cardboard trick could give me any improvement. I have only seen it used on green board solos so far. Thanks

I just got a new solo so I assume it does not have the open solo upgrade. Do I need the upgrade or will it fly fine without it? If I try to upgrade and have issues I'm toast because I'm not very knowledgeable on this kind of thing. What benefits does the upgrade bring? Thanks.
