You do need to calibrate with the new battery setup on it. If you have a BMSOne there's nothing else to do other than compass calibration. The BMSOne comes with a strap that holds the battery on sufficiently and in a position where the wires should not be an issue.

5zI would highly suspect a brownout issue here. If you were using a stock battery you He were taking a chance. Flying aggressively you were taking a bigger chance. Replace the cells in your battery or get a BMSOne.

When you get back to it you should try removing Mission Planner and reinstall it. If the cable is working it is likely a driver issue. Also I have found that the Cube Orange Plus needs to be powered up externally to connect properly via usb on my windows pc.

Turn the controller off, then hold the Fly and Power buttons for 15 seconds while it boots up. When it finishes, you may have to Pair the Solo to it. I believe Pairing is in the Owners Manual.

See if the SoloLink WiFi shows up on any other devices like a tablet or computer. If not you should factory reset the controller.
