My drone is still new (one week), at the fourth time to fly it, the battery suddenly dropped to -2% while flying it and wanted to return home, I thought there is no time, so I quickly switched to manual mode and landed in place, when I went back to charge it, the meter on the battery was 5 leds...

I totally agree with you, after the research I did within the last few days and by knowing more about the technolgy behind these drones, I can see that I should keep my Solo intacted and to build a custom one from scratch that I plan from the beginning the way that suits...

In another thread here related to pixhawk, I been told that the Solo board was not designed to make all the pixhawk pins available, that's why I thought about making a replacement board to have all the ch servo pins available in addition to any possible others that might not be connected.. So...

Actually yes, that was the confusion I had when I asked my question at the beginning... I bought the Solo drone to build on it a custom veichle that satisfies my needs in my career in Visual Effects in Film industry... so, I wanted to see how to go for a compatible solution with Solo to utilize...
