Waiting to hear from solo

My controller is not connecting to Solo. The screen just says "waiting for Solo". I did a factory reset on both but that didnt help. Any recommendations on what I should try?

Thank you pyrate, that was it. So does resetting the Solo & controller revert the software to the original version? After it paired up it downloaded & installed new software. Just trying to figure how things work with Solo...

you can check the versions now that its back up through the App seems I remember the updates had to be done again, but its been so long since I had to do it
