I shot in 4K 30 fps with no filters, special settings and the original gopro lens. I edited with Premiere pro and added a filmstock effect to fix the footage. The blue on my boat was washed out due to the sunrise and the Lumetri filmstock fixed it up. A link to how it can fix a video is below.

For the music I grabbed some royalty free music from premiumbeat.com and the flash transistions were downloaded free from rampantdesigntools.com. Those two sites are great sources for content that adds spice to videos and no worries about getting in trouble for copyright music.

That was excellent. Really enjoyed the slow mo. thought for a minute you were going to hit that bridge!!! What video editing software did you use??
