Taking drone on Nicaragua trip

Hi,

In a few weeks I will travel Nicaragua for more than a month. Of course I want to take my SOLO with me but right now the only information on drone use in Nicaragua I can find is a guy posting on a forum that his drone got confiscated by the local customs.

On the other hand I can find some great drone footage from some surfing.

Anyone knows where I would be able to find more information? I'm not speaking Spanish so it's quite hard to understand anything from the local websites.

Use google chrome as your browser, and set it to translate sites. It's a lifesaver.

Thanks, too bad the site is pretty useless and seems not to be up to date INAC
Will call the local embassy to see if they can help

So what did you finally find out?

I am headed there in January, possibly to become a resident.
