Solo's yellow zone

I buddy of mine has a Phantom. He went flying over a beach and as he was about 150 yards away from the shore he got a "no fly zone" notification and started to initiate landing on the water. Good thing he was able to return to land as the drone was going down.

I just read from Gizmodo that solo will also be having this feature soon?

Pls enlighten me

I hope it stays this way, I also fly a lot near beach areas.
