I just bought a Google Nexus 7 to fly my Solo with. There's an update available to Android 5.0.2. I'm currently running OS 4.4.4. Any thoughts on if I should update? I'm normally am iOS guy and am very unfamiliar with Android OS. Thanks for your thoughts.

The most recent android version on my Nexus 7 is 5.1.1 which auto updated about a month or so ago. In my opinion, it is always wise to allow your tablet (or phone) to load and install the newest firmwares. They provide you with the latest security fixes and general bug fixes. My Nexus 7 flies the Solo every day without any problems.

version 5.... Lollipop allows recording of the screen without rooting the device, you cant do that on 4 so for me that was worth it.
