Rather curious live view issue.

Dropping the framerate to 30 didn't change anything. Picture comes through without the gimbal but not with it. Worth trying. I use zte axon 7 on Android 7.1 and galaxy note 3 on Android 6. And while troubleshooting I plug the controller to TV with the hdmi out. Picture on TV and phone always come together, so I don't think this is an app/phone issue.

So... either the GoPro doesn't have the signal strength to pass signal through everything or somehow the controller is the cause?

I guess. Feels really, really weird. I tried all sorts of booting sequences I read online, but they don't change the situation at all.
