photos not saving to ipad mini

Just tested the new app update, nice to be able to switch between video and photo. For some reason I can save video to my iPad but when I switch to photo it won't save pictures, has anyone else noticed this? Maybe I'm missing something in the settings.

No problem here but I noticed you can also access a menu just below the record button, to save to device.
You have that set to "on" right?
Just a thought as I don't know where else to look.

I've got save to device on, I'm going to try reinstalling the app again and see if that works.

Tried reloading the app a couple times, I only get video saved to my iPad mini2 1 out of 5 times...worked fine a week ago. Hopefully it will get sorted out whenever the new firmware release comes out
