Password help

I finally get a hero3 and now u cannot get on solo Wi-Fi with correct default password. I did not change it either. Help anyone please . It took me over 6months to get the solo gimble and hero3. Now I still can't enjoy the entire package .

You do not want the WiFi on the GoPro on. At all

It's like the password has been changed. Again I have not changed it. Is there a way to reboot every tho g so to speak . I have already dumped and redownloaded tjhe solo app and same thing also same thing as I try my tablet

Factory reset. Search your user manual or these forums for instructions
