gopro not coming up on 3dr app on phone

So the last few times Ive flown my Solo, I've noticed that the gopro icon on the right is greyed out. I have been having to hit record on the actual gopro before I put it in the gimbal. Any advice? I also don't believe that I have done the update, provided that it has been release in the last 2-3 weeks.

I had the same problem last night when I began flying. I noticed that I was not able to hit record in the solo app. I landed the solo, and removed the sd card from the go pro and reinserted and it has worked fine on two flights since then. Hopefully this works for you too.
