GoPro Hero4 sliver

I just updated from a 3+ to the Hero 4sliver but when I power the Solo the GoPro does not power on. With my pls 3+ it did, what is going on with this. I have the latest firmware on everything.

You need GoPro firmware version 3.0 on your GPH4S to have the drone power the camera on/off.

The new firmware is 5.0 for the Gopro 4+ is this what you mean?

Correct, you need to downgrade to 3.0

I did the change but still not powering thr GoPro will not stay powered on.

I recently purchased 2 New Solo's with Gimbals. I have a GoPro 4 Silver all have been up. App: V2.4.0, Solo: V2.4.2, Autopilot: V1.3.1, Gimbal: 1.3.6, Controller: 2.4.2, Controller Firmware V1.2.11. I have tried multiple iPhone 7 Plus phones and iPad mini 4 pads and still can't see any video when I fly. I have read just about all the ideas on various forums and have submitted a ticket to 3DR today. Any working suggestions on how to view video? Flying blind is frustrating.
