Going from GoPro 3+ Silver to 4 Silver with Gimbal

I'm looking at going from GoPro 3+ Silver to 4 Silver and adding the gimbal. What are the advantages of the 4 over the 3 in this configuration?

Personally I'd get the black over the silver. Way more shooting modes, and the black can record at 60mb/s while the silver tops out at 45. The silver can only do 4k@15fps too, while the black does 30fps. You will also not really use the LCD on the silver unless you are going to be using it outside of your drone use. Thank for the reply's. The Silver's LCD is a must have for me as I us it for diving. I'm not sure any of our computer can handle 4k either for editing
