Some good stuff coming. Great that it should be much easier to also get DF logs now for even better diagnostics..

Known issue: Dark Territory (controller signal lost/waiting for solo but you still have RC Control) seems to happen sometimes. Please send Nick logs if this happens!

Fine tune copter shaking

New in 1.3.0-10
-Copter should shake less. Please try it out and let me know! (Especially in high altitude)
-Artoo lower throttle alert should auto-dismiss after you lower throttle

New Features from recent versions
-Follow me smoothness improvements - Try it out!
-Dataflash logging on both pixhawk and solo (/log/dataflash)
-Supports gopro settings changes as long as your app is on 1.3.0 or later
-More robust gopro control (less freezing, etc)
-Power on GoPro 3+ Black automatically on Solo power up
-A little bit less "calibrating sensors" without more "level error"
-Awesome link
-Brake mode handled by pixhawk, instead of shot manager
-New power down sound
-Slightly tighter gimbal yaw controller to keep legs out of the shot a bit better
-RTL Cone: copter will rise less in RTL if within a cone around the home location
-Increase gimbal paddle deadzone: Should see the gimbal screen less, but maybe have less fine control
-Artoo should not show previous mode name upon reconnection to solo
-Low controller battery: better alert triggering
-Less haptic feedback in the controller
-Controller doesn't say "gimbal not found" if in air

Other features:

-Better range and slightly quicker regaining after lost connection
-New "cone" RTL behaviour when close to home. Try it out. Solo will only climb 2.5m if you are on top of your home location, and will climb higher, the further you are from home.
-Don't RTL for battery failsafe if already in LAND mode
-Less haptic buzzing on the controller
-Don't display "gimbal not found" on controller if in the air
 
RTL is Return To Launch

Cone is just that, imagine a cone shape with the point down over your take off spot.

Closer you are to your take off or home point, the less the Solo will climb when starting to RTL or go to the home point.

Git log shows that 1.2.19 was released just 9 hours from me posting this, so maybe something will be released soon?

Way cool on reducing copter shake. My videos with the gimbal should hopefully improve. Very noticeable shake at 5700' elevation.
 
Can anyone confirm this update with OSX though. Not really a big deal but wondering when this comes out
