Can't Setup account in Solo App

I just puchased a solo and am trying to create an account. No matter which option I choose it says
"registration unsuccessful try again". Please advise and thanks for the help!

This has been stated many times.....3DR closed that down...no need to register any more. If you need customer support, the live chat is the only available option.
