I have had my Solo for a few months but haven't been able to fly it. Now I have purchased the Solox for Android and Solo and I have basic questions. I can't find a way to contact the developer. Is there a forum for it?

In the midst of Orbit, sometimes the tablet screen goes black with message "Unfortunately 3DR services is lost" or something like that. Solo still responds correctly to commands from the controller. Could this be a low GoPro battery? Or what? TIA

Not related to flying but maybe you can help. When I enter the 3DR home site, I get a side bar with five social media icons. This side bar overlays the text. I have asked Support how to remove it but they say they don't generate it. I deleted cookies related to 3DR but still get it every time...

I have a similar story. They have had my unit for repair/replacement for 23 days and no word as to when it might be fixed. But they do respond to my questions. Not the answers I want but they did respond.

How do I monitor all discussions in the Solo forum? I am new so I am sure there are answers to problems I don't know I have. I am "watching" the Solo forum but that doesn't seem to get me all posts.

I watched the video and see a few things I was doing wrong. But when he went to balance the hub, it seems to me he said he was going to apply paint to the top of the hub but he actually turned it over and painted the wrong side. Am I wrong?
