If you have a GoPro that is compatible with it, then YES!

I could say a lot, but basically if you have a GoPro that will work with Solo then it's a no-brainer, get the Solo. If you like using a GoPro, get a Solo. If you want a more open-source product, then get a Solo.

I'm using the 3DR shield it was no problem to reapply.

I just did the install and it was plug and play. The first bootup took about 4 minutes to acquire satellites and be ready to fly. 11 Sats, 1.1 HDOP inside. Shut it down, took it outside, restarted, and it took maybe 15 seconds for 13 sats, 0.9 HDOP. Once back inside I restarted again...

I got #2...I just had to!

I have adjusted the speed (Solo Settings) to faster settings and up to 400 feet and that has made it more fun in the standard FLY mode. I can go 33mph in the faster mode. It's good to learn the FLY: Manual mode in case you lose GPS, which doesn't happen often but can happen. I love flying it!

This has happened to me also twice on the same landing, that it powered up after landing on a slope even while holding the left stick all the way down. The controller was still on and it powered up and went up only 15 feet or so before I gained control again. The key is not to panic and let it...
