Upgrading Open Solo from 3.0 to 4.0 help needed

Hey everyone, it’s been a while since I had a drone. A buddy at work sold me his Solo 3DR preloaded with open solo 3.0. I’d like to upgrade it to 4.0. I’m a iOS user so I purchased and downloaded SidePilot app, and downloaded the 4.0 install files. Following the instructions for the android solex (since there’s no manual for SidePilot on the GitHub page, but says it’s similar to solex) I attempt to update the controller first. Each time I try, I get this error after it uploads the files to the controller. Any ideas? I tried a a factory reset and all the calibrations and tried again, same issue.

Using an android tablet with solex worked. I was able to upgrade to 4.0 with no problem
