Tx power compliant country

hello guys

i saw in advance setting there are four country which only allow the tx compliant japan, united state, Europe and Australia how about in ASIA because im part of this asian country the current settings is united state i was googling list of asian country japan is included on the list so do i select japan but my country is philippines?
