Tarot t-2d don't lift up

I recently installed a tarot t-2d gimbal on my drone, and using a 3d printed piece and connected like the Scheme of the image, it worked really well, and i can control the gimbal with the control, and i can make it look down, but it doesn't look up again at least i turn off the drone, what can i do?

It sounds like the gimbal board setup is incorrect.
It is seeing ch6 but only in one direction so there is a signal getting to it from ch6
What adjustments have you made with the gimbal setup software ?
