someone know to read solo log?

hi,

since i get my solo gimbal, my solo goes crazy...
i do calibration to solo, i do reset factory..
my gimbal goes crazy too, i turn gimbal up with the controller but the gimbal move up and down, and to sides, move like hanging on a rope...

finally, solo crashed from 10cm to ground, so i have a lucky...

I don't know how to read, my the majority of the reads related with Gimbal problems is related with the installation. Did you double check this?

sure. i install it twice... ill check that cables not disturb to gimbal

This isn't a log file. They end in .tlog.
In the Solo app, start a ticket, and email the zip file to yourself instead of 3DR. Attach that zip to a post here, or get mission Planner to look at them.

I can tell you from the start though, the gimbal really can't make your Solo crash...
