Which ND are you using?
A heavier ND (ND16 or ND32) might take care of all the Jello.
I don't know much about filters yet. I have a 3 pack of filters from Polar Pro. The one being used in the video is labeled as a 2 stop ND. Since this video I put foam ear plugs inside the rubber dampers for the camera mount and got a better prop balancing shaft and have no jello without the filter. I also put some small pieces of Kyosho zeal gel pad on the camera cable inside the body shell. My GPs still sucks though. Flying the world's first smart drone in manual mode!
