Solo remote mode 1 and mode 2

Ok, i know what yall are gonna think here, i have done some lookin around but cant seem to find an answer. Is there any way to configure the solo remote to fly in mode 3? I see options for 1 and 2 on the solo app, but my brother and i both fly mode 3 ( pitch and roll on left, throttle and yaw on right ). Is there an option to do that in the solex app, or maybe mission planner? I can fly in mode 1 and can probably get used to it, but i also have many other quads i built myself that are also config'd for mode 3 since ive been flying in that way for 2 years... Any help or info is greatly appreciated!!

Mode two is the same as you want. Most EU people use it. Give it a try but I would do a Stick cal.

yep MP, just make sure you have selected mode 2 on the app first

Okay, it took a bit of tinkering but i was able to get it set up and flying in mode 3! FINALLY! I feel like i can really fly it now and i wont hesitate or second guess what im doing which could cause a crash. Anyway i wasnt able to get it to work with mode 2 setting in solex for some odd reason, so since mode 1 is closer to mode 3 than mode 2 is ( not numerically of course ) i tried it there and i got it sorted out. First i had the solo on open solo with everything up to date! That is the main step! Then i turned it all on running solex and set it to mode 1 and lowered some speed settings for the time being then i rebooted everything, but instead of using my tablet with solex, i used my PC and Mission Planner, from there i went to complete parameter list and click refresh/read parameters scrolled all the way down to RCMAP_ROLL and RCMAP_YAW and switched the number settings ( roll from 1 to 4, and yaw from 4 to 1 ) and thats all that had to be done there i then rebooted it to save the parameters. I booted back up to mission planner again to do a quick stick calibration, rebooted again, did a no prop motor test, then took it outside on a 20 foot rope leash to test it and i was good to go! Just figured id write this out for others looking for the answer.
