Solo Back From The Dead

My solo was dead after the latest updated, 2 days on the phone with 3DR and no fix, I was ready to return it. But I gave it one more shot, I reset the solo left it do its thing then I did the controller. Paired the two, here's what I did that 3dr never suggested and I never considered reinstall the APP!! finished that step and BOOM! did the updated, now I'm out and flying.
