Has anyone successfully triggered their canon camera with a solo yet?

It's a pretty tough topic to google.

Where are the aux pins on the solo?

This photo should help. You'd want to assign the camera shutter in Mission Planner to trigger the appropriate PWM pin.

Thanks, that is some useful info. Oddly hard to find.

Any idea what kind of a connector that is on the bottom of the solo?

Yes, but it is not supposed to be posted publicly yet, sorry. Hopefully 3DR will post it soon.

It's kind of like a car company selling a new car by talking about how great the trunk is. "you could put anything in this trunk... An ice cream machine, a spare engine, anything!" But then after you buy the car they tell you that you're not getting the key to the trunk, you'll have to pick the lock for now.

My expectations should have been so much lower on the solo.
