New update out to Support Gimbal

For those who have performed GPS hardware electrical mods on solo don't forget to return your solo to the original pre-mod condition before installing this update. Otherwise...

If you expecting a gimbal from the first shipment be sure you have upgraded your GoPro to the latest firmware so it will be ready. Supposedly 400+ gimbals cleared US customs overnight so there should be some VERY happy solo owners in the next few days when those brown trucks show up at their door!

Also take a moment to thank Philip Rowse (Proficnc here on 3DRPilots) and his dedicated group for the long days that have put in over the past six weeks getting these significant solo improvements coded and tested. Great Work Philip!

Yes, power up connected to the internet first and then switch over to Solo's wifi. You should get a "required preflight update" alert. If it doesn't work the first time just switch back and forth between networks.

-Smart-ish RTL - return to home based on estimated battery capacity remaining

We are updating the app as well with with improved shot flows and overall streamlined look and feel. Look for the new app update tonight/tomorrow. Android is dropping later this week.

I did my update this morning. GPS lock in just a few seconds after reboot. Then I had to shut down and go to work. Can't wait to fly tonight!
