Mutipoint on Android Not working then Working

Hi all I am real interested in this little gem, I reported a couple of weeks back that I couldnt get Multipoint Cable Cam working on an Android (Samsung Galaxy 8.4) even up till the Easter weekend it wasnt working, I dont know how many time i reloaded the App but out of the blue after leaving the Tablet alone for a few days as I had really given up on it and had gone over to and IPad mini and was arranging for a sunshield, I just happened to turn the Andriod on for a joke and bingo Multipoint is there large as life??????? why? what the F##K has happened if anyone is knowledgable about these things i would Dearly love to know, cause its going to save me money.
