One of the motor pods has only RED color all the time.motor works fine.

This is a known, if somewhat uncommon situation. The LEDs are controlled over i2c, and [my opinion here] if that bus gets disrupted for any reason, the LEDs will default to their pre-programmed state. Which is usually red, but can occasionally be green.

Have you closely inspected the motor pod? By that I mean with a magnifying glass to check if any SMD resistors are missing. I had the exact issue after I accidentally bumped one off.

Apologies, my issue was similar not the same. Mine did not display red.
