The batteries 'get empty' while they're not being used, right?

I fully charged my 3 batteries, and stored them in my backpack. I wasn't able to fly for 2 weeks and now they're not fully charged anymore.

I expect this is normal but please confirm.

Yes, and always better to store at 50% charged then full.

umm.... I do not think so. I do not think there is a discharge circuit in the batteries. That said, they do have some level of self discharging, so they won't be "full" after a few weeks. best to manually discharge if not flying for a while.
