Internet connection and pre flight update

Can someone help me with my 3DR
I can’t connect to the solo internet connection. Well it connects but says internet not found.
Also I can’t get pass my preflight update on my controller but the app is up to date.
Please help. I’m not versed in technology

When connected to Solo's wifi there is no internet connection, this is normal.

Pull the battery for a few and then restart controller.
