Gimbal settings

I read with great interest the optimum settings for the Gp Pro and set the camera that way but are there optimum settings for the gimbal speed? In the app any change to the speed shows a warning that the setting is not optimal? Does that mean the default (slowest) speed is the best no matter what you are shooting?
