Gimbal dont works

hello,
I have a new solo with gimbal and hero4 black.
My problem is the controller dont find the gimbal.
The green licht of the gimbal is breathing. The gimbal is not in the list of systeminfo. I did a reset, controller and solo and the app. Also a calibrate of the controller. Whah can I still do? Sorry for my english. Thanks!

Make sure you update the software after you install the gimbal. You might need to do a factory reset. Don't worry, should work fine

Thanx still dont works. I did also change from ios too samsung :-(
