Foreign Solo Packaging?

I remember reading somewhere that Best Buy Canada was taking Solo off the shelf. Anyway, I've had to make some exchanges on my gear for various reasons and found that some of the packaging is different on identical items. Some will have stuff in just English on the outside and some will have English and French. I noticed that my gimbal also has French instructions and not Spanish like I'm used to seeing with many things I buy. Any idea if US stock is winnowing and they're just dumping the rest of the international stock they got from elsewhere?
