Does Hero 6 and fusion cameras work on solo drone?

Not in the 3DR gimbal, no. People are experimenting with other gimbal/camera and other fixed cameras, but a straight one-for-one of a GP3 or 4 for another camera isn't possible - unless it's GoPro clone of some sort and then the video feed isn't guaranteed.

You can put the Fusion and 6 in the non gimbal camera holder on the drone. The Hero 6 has built in stabilization, the Fusion's doesn't have built in stabilization but Fusion Studio stabilizes the footage when processing. You won't be able to pan/tilt the camera however or activate the shutter for that matter. The Fusion also won't supply a video feed since the only connection it has available is a USB-C for power and file transfer only.
