Have your tried Solex? Also you can run Ardupilot master on these and use mission planner they are still very useful drones for a variety of things good luck

Are you using the GPS/compass or GPS only? I.E. did you connect the Here wire harness to the rear leg compass connector on the main-board? Since you are using the 3.7 dev version I'm thinking the newer Here drivers are baked in,, so yes then it should be set at 0...

@IrishmanPDX Yes I noticed this too, the Gimbal seems to Roll out of horizontal level and the footage I reviewed actually looks like crap? Have you bought this up at all? I'm not on the face-Bork forums so I have not commented on this, I wonder if Matt is aware of any Gimbal issues?

Yes install the green cube the parameters I gave you are really for a green cube setup and the NEWER HERE...Hopefully you will get it resolved..

Its normal for it to revert back to 120, try one other thing set the AHRS_ORIENTATION to 26 in Mission planner and try to write the value and test again keep props off and try to calibrate? But really at this point I'm thinking its a newer HERE??

The green cube will not solve your issue unless its a newer HERE, the reason you could not set the parameter in Mission planner is because you did not check the advanced user drop down it's setup as basic out of the box..

Try this in mission planner look for SYSID_SW_MREV and set it to 0 hit write, (this resets all parameters on the Pixhawk) Now reboot the solo and reconnect to the controller it will ask you to calibrate but first reinstall the parameters for the HERE through Solex or through mission planner buy...

Yeah Ill be tweaking the parameters a bit but for now it serves the purpose of what i'm using it for..
