How do you learn? Do you learn best in a classroom, watching videos, listening, or reading? These are all options. Do you have any previous aviation experience/interest? Do you already know how to read METAR or sectionals?

Anyone have opinions on a good landing pad? Any real difference between them? I see some pretty wildly varying price levels for what mostly looks like a car window shade with a big H on it. Not sure if there's more to them than that?
