I can imagine what's happened. Because I had a similar experience. When you upgrade your wifi card, the small board in front of wifi card is not clearly installed and connected with main board. And that board is easily disconnected from main board after landing. That would be the reason...

If you get one more used Solo, it would be more useful. 2nd Solo can be used as a parts if it will be crashed. In my case, I have three Solos.

Almost similar experience with me. I lost Solo due to the GPS lost on Feb.20. Just after I saw the GPS signal lost message in controller during the flight, I tried to control manually and return it back to me. But Solo flied with wind blow and disappeared in the woods in the mountain. And...

I bought it several months ago. But it was easily broken. So, I bought LED bar and re-made it as I want. This is original LED bar connected with Solo AUX port. Cut the LED bar (6 LED's each) and put it at both side of SOLO. Now I can put my SOLO into black paper bag with LED.
