Solo is a toy with gopro is a dubbel toy ( thank you Peau for pounting that out ). I think Sony is a better choice. 3Dr have take this step for Sitescan. The only I need is is a good gimbal for Solo and Sony QX10 or coming QX series in 4K cameras.

So sorry.... Well its manufactured in China and I don't now how many 3dr is ordering every time. But from one batch it is likely that it runs out.

Look at the horizon in the second half of there promotion film. On my Solo the horizon is straight. Seams to be a general problem whit all Phantom and Inspire.

Solo don t have sealed bearings in the motor and 3Dr recommends you to change motors after 150 hours. Read you manual. There is a lot of post about bad motors on this forum. My solo runs smooth after 40 hours. After the price drop on Solo I will buy another one to have as a backup.
